sometimes we fight for a lost cause...sometimes its good to hold on to something we know we cannot hold on to. sometimes its good to be optimistic, even if that means being naive. as long as someone is fighting, its not really lost now is it?
...be naive...have hopes, dreams, and in betweens.
pull through despite the ridicule from others -- the payoff will be grand in the end.

hmm. being naive isn't that bad. in fact it's not bad at all! and if the cup is half-full that would be even better. i mean, as long as you are happy, and everyone else is happy then it's all good.
